KBG Design can ship and deliver your items to locations within Canada, select European countries and the United States only. We are continually looking at ways to deliver to other parts of the world but unfortunately we are currently limited to these locations as of now. For special consideration (i.e. bulk orders), kindly use our Contact Us page and provide more information about your order.
USPS is our official carrier. We are currently negotiating with other carriers in order to provide you with more flexibility. Shipping costs will depend upon the method and option you choose. Please note that the shipping rate for our items are based off a flat fee (usually incorporated in the price of the item). We recommend the combining of orders to maximize packaging and shipping costs.
Returns Policy and Procedure
In the event that you are not satisfied with the product you received, KBG Design accepts returnable items within 15 days of the shipment date for exchange or merchandise credit. To initiate a return, kindly email us at kim@kbgdesign.com and indicate Product Return as the subject. We will email to you our Returns Form and instructions on how to initiate an exchange. Your return should include a completed returns form.
